Nigeria international midfielder Mikel Ndubuisi Agu has been loaned for the third time by Portoguese giants, FC Porto. Mikel joins Turkish Super Lig club Bursaspor, and will team up with Super Eagles teammate, William Troost-Ekong.
This is Agu’s third loan move since joining FC Porto in 2012.
Agu said on the club’s official website, “I’m delighted to join Bursaspor, I came here for business and I can’t wait to show everyone what I can do,”
“I spoke with some players who had previously played here in Porto and received positive feedback. I also found out during my own research that this is a great club,” said Agu.
The Super Eagles midfielder who is yet to be capped officially, has only made two appearances for Porto, and spent the 2016/17 season on loan at Portuguese side Vitória Setúbal where he made 34 appearances.
Agu has also been loaned to Belgian side, Club Brugge in the past.
