MAN U to Pay Tribute to Fans Killed in Calabar

Manchester United has revealed on twitter plans to honour their Nigerian football fans who electrocuted in Calabar while watching a Europa League game involving the club.

The English club tweeted that its players will wear black armbands on their league tie against  Sunday to pay respect to the victims.

In addition to the seven confirmed dead, at least 30 people were rushed to hospital by local ambulances. Some sources have put the death toll way above the official confirmed number.

Investigations that led to the unfortunate incident is still underway.
